Rental Deposit / Rental Cancellation Policy
CYA Sports, Inc. will hold a reservation for the desired time and date our equipment is being requested with a 50% booking fee. This fee is 50% of the total rental rate (taxes included). We will collect this amount or run this amount on a credit card, ensuring that the equipment will not be rented to another party, at the time of the request. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. We do not refund deposits for reservations being held, however, we do hold this deposit for up to one year for the customer to apply it to another rental at a later date. If you are paying for your rental in full, 50% of the rental may be refunded to you in the event you cancel your reservation and the remaining 50% is held for future use.
CYA Sports, Inc. does not provide refunds for inclement weather. These are circumstances beyond our control and should you choose to cancel, you will have the option to forfeit your payment or reschedule your rental for a later date without penalty.
